Favorite Pics of the week
MC Monkey Do jamming to "Cows on the Farm". His own remix of Old McDonald.
LOVE it!
This is the after shot of BeatupbabyBud with his busted head that he got when his Fantastic momma propped him up on a scooter he couldn't ride so she could take a great picture of her sweet baby and urge him to try something new and then turned away to then put the camera down and he fell on his head and got a boo-boo. :( Motherhood is not for wimps. **sigh**
Also pictured are Momma and Monkey Do. We were consoling Baby Bud and entertaining him with the camera.
PPK's and their Kiddos!
How sweet is she??? And I love that she has a giant Puddin Pop to snuggle with!!

PPK Questions and Answers
Here are a few of the newest faces in the PPk collection and a few Q&A's to go along with them...
1. Q- Can the dolls be accessorized??? A- maybe... I'm working on adding glasses... we'll see in a couple of weeks.
3. Q-Do you carry dolls "in stock"? A- Yes, usually I do. I try to keep 5 or 6 in stock so when someone calls needing a last minute baby gift they can swing by and pick one up. However, I have had a hard time keeping up with that since Christmas. But, after the Easter batch, and the birthday party sewing for my kiddos I plan to replenish my stock!
5. Q- How did you start making the Puddin Pop Kids? A- about 3 years ago I was wanting to make Puddin a doll that had a bible verse on it... sort of a rag doll type. I had some left over minky fabric from her baby balnket I made before she was born so I decided to go with what I had. It was a bit muppet looking, but cute. I made a couple more, just trying out different things as far as shape of the head and body. I went on a retreat with my bible study girls and showed them the PPK to see what they thought. At the time, one of those friends was in the planning of our church's women's lunchen and asked if I would donate one for a door prize during the luncheon. I happily donated 2. And from there, the Puddin Pop Kids took off.

The Fabulous Five
September 2009.... Everyone is growing and changing!! The babies are 6 months old and oooze personality! The boys seem to big here... so much older than they actually were. And Puddin, well, she loves being the big sister and seems pretty proud of her brood!
The babies are 6 months old, the boys are 2 years and 2 months old, and Puddin is 3 years and 11 months old.
Moving ahead to today... March 20th, 2010. What an amazing year it has been! Lots of thing shave changed, but one thing has not. Sweet, precious Daisy STILL does not sleep through the night consistently! Yes, we love coffee here!! This picture was about the 16th one of out 20 that I shot and getting everyone to look at the camera and look adorable at the same time is, well, a challenge!
Everyone is bigger... more mature.. ha! 4 are still in diapers, although 2 are slowly coming around to the idea that using the potty really is the best way to go. Puddin still likes being
The Monkeys are still hysterical and make me laugh every day... if they are not hugging or kissing me, they are cracking me up. Monkey Do's favorite thing to say these days in "Heeeeeyyyyyy, wait a minuuuuuuute!" And Monkey See said his favorite thing about today was "pwayin all day wit Puddin, Monkey Do, Bud and Daisy". (he used their real names, of course- but it was such a precious thing when he said it!)
And the babies... well, they are the babies! They are sweet as sugar and while they still are babies, hubby and I agree, things are getting a bit easier... just a bit though. They are wanting to keep up with their siblings, and for the most part they do hold their own. Daisy is cruising around furniture, laughing, singing, saying ma-ma, da-da, and bwu-duh. Bud still prefers to crawl over any other means of travel, unless he's on my hip. He has no desire what so ever to walk. None. He knows how to get his way and can pitch a fit like none I have ever seen before. He says da-da and ma-ma. He smiles a lot and can make me laugh with his silliness.
Puddin is 4 years and 5 months, the boys are 2 years and 8 months, and the babies are 1 year old!
And Hubby and I, we get a little more sleep these days... a little. We have more messes to clean up... a lot more. We are working really hard to get in a date night once a month, at least. And we still really like coffee!!

Hard week
My Daddy and my Nanny were both discharged on Friday and Saturday so they are at home. Resting I hope.
My Dad was instructed to "take it easy"...we'll see.
My Nanny was instructed to try and do more... not sure about that one either.
She will have a home health nurse coming in to try and help her do some things.
Then, just when I though things were going to get back to normal, we getting ready to go to dance class (Puddin has missed 2 weeks in a row due to illness and visiting my Nanny). Anyway, a normal Friday was not in our future. Instead we made an emergency dash to the pediatricians office for Monkey See's arm. I feared it was broken from the way he was holding it. I definitely knew something was wrong. Turns out he had "nurse maids elbow" which is a partial dislocation. ***sigh*** Apparently he and Puddin were scuffling over a musical jewelry box and she yanked his arm to get it away. oh- and now Puddin has missed dance 3 weeks in a row! I'm so grateful his arm wasn't broken! Monkey See is as good as new now, but man, I'm ready for things to settle down a bit!
But now I have laryngitis and some gunk to go along with it!

On another note...
I have several PPK orders in the works but due to the craziness last week and the fact that I am now sick, I haven't been able to work much on them. I will let you know as soon as they are ready and hope to finish a couple of the small orders by Wednesday.
Happy Sunday!
