A conversation overheard today on the way home from preschool.
Puddin: Hey boys, I have a great idea! When we get home we can outside and play Cinderella. I'll be Cinderella and Monkey Do, you can be the mouses and make my dress and then you can be the evil stepsisters! And Monkey See you can be Prince Charmin'. That sounds great!
Me: confused.. wondering why monkey Do has been given the less desirable parts of the story. I know that she and Monkey See are close, but really! So, I wait to hear the response from the boys.
Monkey Do: No way, I not a mouse! I not wike it!
Monkey See: I not a mouse too!
Puddin: Well you have to be a mouse Monkey Do. Don't ya know Prince Charmin's don't wear hats!
